1. Who we are

“Respawn In Vegas,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of respawninvegas.com, a Las Vegas events curation site run by Amber. The site lists nerd, horror, and otherwise off-the-Strip happenings around the city, plus subscription deals and curated picks. Operating entity, mailing address, and registered legal contact will be added here once finalized.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account, save events, or make any purchase on Respawn In Vegas. Browsing the calendar without an account does not require you to be 18. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The service

Respawn In Vegas is a curated events directory. Event listings are provided as information only. We are not the organizer of any third-party event listed on the site, and we make no warranty about an event's availability, quality, pricing, or safety. Always confirm with the venue or organizer before you go.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Don't share your password. If you think your account has been used without permission, contact us at respawninvegas@gmail.com right away.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish event listings or curation as a bulk dataset.
• Try to break, probe, or overload the site.
• Use the site for anything illegal.
• Impersonate someone else when creating an account.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscription products (e.g., Side Quest Deals) and any in-app purchases will have their own terms displayed at the point of purchase, including price, billing cadence, and how to cancel. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by the platform under their terms; subscriptions purchased directly through the website are managed by us through our payment processor. A specific refund policy will be added to this section before paid features launch.

7. Affiliate links and creator codes

Some links on the site (clearly labeled as affiliate links) may pay us a commission if you purchase through them. This does not change the price you pay. Discount codes shown on the site are provided by partners; we do not guarantee their availability or value at any given moment.

8. Content ownership

The curation, descriptions, original imagery, and design of Respawn In Vegas are our intellectual property. Event names, venue names, and third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners. You may share links to our pages freely; please don't reproduce our content elsewhere without permission.

9. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free, available, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respawn In Vegas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party event you discover through it.

11. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes

We'll update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site or via email if you have an account. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
